As a professional multi-science analyst (TTI SI) and registered psychometric Test Users (BPS /Personality & Ability) we use psychometric testing at various stages of the career journey, identifying key skills, competencies, driving forces and emotional intelligence levels, drawing up Action Plans to work on areas of challenge while coaching clients on projecting their strengths. We also work with companies and individuals, using psychometric tests as a tool to aid the hiring process, to capture best talent through effective job descriptions and to establish effective teams, especially in times of transition and mergers.
Training/ Upskilling: Motivating others to achieve their very best lies at the heart of all our work. We design and deliver bespoke Training and Workshops around key areas of interest and relevance to the modern workplace e.g., Leadership, Cultivating Emotional Intelligence, Dignity in the Workplace, Conflict Management, Teamwork, The Leader's Role in Staff Resilience, Resilience Building and Well-being & Happiness in the Workplace.
